A Message from the Owner

Thank you for being part of the Amenities team. Amenities is a place where talented professionals can do their best work in an environment built on respect, high standards, and genuine care for each other and for every client who walks through our doors.

Everything we have accomplished as a business is because of the people on this team. You are the reason clients come back, refer their friends, and trust us with how they look and feel. That matters, and I do not take it for granted.

This handbook exists so that everyone has clear, fair expectations and knows where to turn when questions come up. If something is unclear or if you have ideas for how we can do better, my door is always open.

Open communication with management and within the team is expected, management is available for discussions and feedback. Employees are expected to assist colleagues during high-volume periods, and all interactions with coworkers should be conducted with respect, patience, and professionalism.

This handbook is your single source of truth for how things work at Amenities Day Spa and Salon. It covers everything from day-to-day policies to your legal rights as a California employee.

This handbook is not a contract of employment and does not create any contractual obligations, express or implied. Amenities Spa reserves the right to modify, revoke, or supplement any policy at any time, with or without notice. This handbook supersedes all prior handbooks, policies, and practices on the subjects covered. All policies have been prepared with reference to California and federal employment law.

  • Ask your manager if anything is unclear, this handbook supports conversations, it does not replace them

The handbook is updated as policies change. When updates are made, you will be notified and given time to review them.

Communication Channels

Weekly Town Hall meetings are held every Wednesday to keep the team informed and aligned. Staff members may also request an "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) session with Christopher by submitting a request. During these sessions, leadership will provide transparency on decisions and prioritize active listening. For day-to-day operational questions, please contact Jess Aubuchon when the owner is unavailable.
