We have new Guest waivers that we send out to every guest! Let's talk a bit about them so we are all aware of what they involve. First, this helps us provide the best possible service to every guest! When a guest fills out the waiver, they answer a series of relevant questions that a normal consultation would ask. Anything that may be a flag you should know about, like if they colored their hair pink 9 months ago, will show up in the client's notes, which are private and only we can see. This helps you connect the dots. The waiver will list all flags in the client notes and appointment notes, so please review those. If you have questions, please ask Stephanie or Christopher.

Our Guest holiday event is on November 21st, just before Thanksgiving. So be sure to be there; we won't want to miss it! Guests will get access to holiday gift sets, and we'll award prize packages to those who can make it! I need some volunteers to help with the event! please! ;)

Did you know Aveda products have a very high try-to-buy ratio? At 50%, what does that mean? It means that when a guest tries the product, they are very likely to buy it afterward. So we have a lot of samples! We’ll give these out to guests you think want to try them: Color Conserve samples, Be Curly samples, and Advanced Botanical Kinetics (ABK) samples. Everyone loves samples! We also have some premium travel-size samples!
