We have lots of exciting news today! Jocelyn's birthday is today! Everyone, say happy birthday.

Someone near and dear to all of us is coming back from maternity leave; Shawntee will be starting back up on Sept. 1st. How exciting!

Also, for those who didn't know, Allison and I got engaged in Iceland during the eclipse totality! It was a very special once-in-a-century moment that we will be able to share, as there won't be another total eclipse in Iceland for another lifetime, and it was during a Björk concert! Don't worry, you'll all get to see her ring once it gets resized and customized to Allison's preferences.

School has officially started for Jessica, so please defer your questions and communicate with Stephanie and me about anything work-related. And let's keep communication to after 8 a.m. and before 8 p.m., so we respect each other's time. We have 8 p.m. to 8 am quiet hours for work communications.

Prebook your clients before they check out and after product recommendations! And as a reminder, look ahead on your schedule to make sure your books are booked correctly!

I'm aware that Aveda has changed a few product items and formulas. This seems to be an ongoing change, and we can expect some more coming next month. They are rotating out the old designs and looks, as well as adding or taking away some products. We can be assured that good quality is expected, and sustainability remains a priority.
